At Tech4Change, we know that technology will shape the infrastructure, products, solutions, and services of tomorrow. Women’s creativity and innovation are essential to making tech work for all. Our mission is to provide equal opportunities for everyone to contribute to tech development and for women to play an active role in shaping the future.

We drive change in workplaces, educational institutions, and government to foster a culture that values women in technology.
Enriching education
We equip and inspire young people, especially girls, to study technology subjects and consider tech careers. Our educational resources are available for free to schools, and we connect young adults with relatable role models to inspire and guide them.
Social innovation
We support technological innovation projects that address social and economic challenges, and we assist project leaders in maximizing their impact while incorporating a gender dimension.

OUR PROGRAMS: EMPOWERING EVERYONE TO SUCCEED
Ages 5-10: Tech for all
This program offers a range of school resources and interactive lessons to boost digital literacy and spark excitement for technology careers. We provide training and resources for teachers and host role model sessions to drive change on a large scale.
Ages 11-18: Career pathways
We bridge industry and education by providing career insight programs that offer students and educators hands-on experience with technology roles and opportunities.
Ages 18+: Pathways into work
Our women-friendly apprenticeships and career readiness programs aim to increase the number of women in technology roles and open pathways to exciting, fulfilling tech careers.
